Equipment of bathhouses
How to build a bathhouse without destroying the harmony of nature and its laws? Times change, everyday worries and rushes resulted the loss of the knowledge, but the laws of nature remain. Each building is filled with vital energy, spirit and consciousness. These spiritual things differ from our ordinary, tangible, but it is necessary to listen to them if you are going to build such a building which was once considered as an important temple.
Every person has a choice of how and where to construct a bathhouse. Each person’s taste and possibilities are different, because of it, you need to feel and find what suits you best. You can build a traditional sauna which was popular of our ancestors. However, nowadays there are new building materials that give the opportunities to do things differently. Probably, the best what we can do is to take all the experience of our ancestors and adapt it nowadays for satisfying the human needs. There is no need to worry about if you can afford only a modest bathhouse in your cellar instead of dreamed timber one as it is better to have even a little than to have nothing at all.
Building materials for bathhouse
Lime, Aspen and Alder are the most suitable timber finishing the bathhouse.
Lime is one of the best materials as its timber is porous, easy ”breathing” and effectively removes bad energy. Even in the smallest lime bathhouses remain feeling of space and pleasant odour. Still, Lime is very rare timber that is why not everyone could afford the bathhouse made from this kind of material.
Aspen is very similar to Lime. It is light and porous wood that easy ”breaths” and cleans from harmful things.
The number of space in the bathouse depends on the builder and his pssibilities. The bathhouse requires at least an entryway that should have a closet and a hatchery. If the opportunities are greater there should be the entryway, the closet, a lounge, the hatchery, a shower room, a swimming pool, a massage room and furnace.
